The Saudi Industrialists Factory (SIF MEDICAL MANUFACTURING), established in late 2013 after three years of studies, is one of the first Middle Eastern factories to focus on single-use medical consumables made from medical plastic. Product development involves stages from needs research to testing and evaluation.

The factory encompasses departments for market studies, product design and development, quality assurance, and sterilization. It employs Building Management Systems (BMS) to manage construction, production lines, and sterilization, alongside comprehensive security systems ensuring safety for employees and production.
